Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • zest from one lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add smoked salmon to a bowl. Flake if needed. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, dried dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic.
  2. Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store in the fridge until serving. Enjoy!
