blueberry muffin overnight oats

last updated on October 30, 2026

These blueberry muffin overnight oats are the perfect breakfast option! I am a big fan of oats. I think overnight oats are a “newer” phenomenon, but I am here for it. And how can you not be when you can have a blueberry muffin flavor?

Now let’s talk toppings. Obviously with overnight oats you can top it with whatever you want, but let me tell you what works best with these flavors.

  • warm almond butter
  • coconut flakes
  • pepitas
  • chia seeds
  • blueberries

You will not be disappointed with this combo, I promise. We also need to talk about eating them hot versus cold! I love eating my overnight oats cold. Straight from the jar! Plus eating them cold makes them easier to eat on the go, so its a win-win.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mashed blueberries (or blueberry jam)

instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and transfer to the fridge. Let it set up in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
  • Take your oats out of the fridge and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
