Preheat the oven to 350. To make the dough, combine the butter, oil, and brown sugar. Mix for a couple minutes until it is smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix again. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop a ball of dough onto a lined baking sheet. Put up to 6 cookies on a normal sized baking sheet.
Bake the cookies at a 350 for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and just starting to set.
Combine the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk in a small bowl and whisk until it is smooth and runny. Once the cookies have cooled slightly, drizzle on the icing and push 7-8 blueberries into each cookie to make a smiley face! Enjoy!
