Biscoff cookies are so versatile — you can crush them into delicious cookie butter, dip them into a hot cup of coffee, or use them to make rich, warm homemade cookies, like these! If you’re like me and you love Biscoff, you will love these cookies. The dough has cookie butter (or Biscoff spread) in it, and is combined with chunks of actual Biscoff cookies and white chocolate chips. The result is a soft cookie packed with that cinnamon, caramel flavor we all love!

Great recipe! My only qualm is that I followed the recipe down to a tee, but they’re more flat and crispy (which is good!!); but I wish I knew how to make mine thicker and softer like your tik tok video. Maybe freezing the dough? All in all, great recipe, very tasty!
Awesome recipe! Only concern is the size. Recipe said 20 medium cookies, but I had to make them fairly small to get all 20 cookies. They ended up being about 2 inches in diameter. It is possible I measured or baked them wrong but I’m positive I did it right. All in all a great recipe, would definitely recommend.
