pear cinnamon mocktail

I am a sucker for a fun beverage at any gathering. I love a classy little drink to sip on during the evening, what can I say! This pear cinnamon mocktail is that drink. It’s a stunning color and has such a fun holiday vibe with its cinnamon stick and fresh rosemary. I love that this mocktail can be enjoyed by everyone at a holiday party, whether or not they drink alcohol, so everyone can get into the holiday spirit!

This pear cinnamon mocktail is literally so easy to make. It only takes a few ingredients and comes together in just a few minutes. It’s truly an elevated, delicious drink your party guests will love!

pear cinnamon mocktail ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of pear
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale
  • cinnamon sugar for rim (optional)
  • fresh rosemary, cinnamon stick, slice of pear (optional)

how to make a pear cinnamon mocktail

  1. Prepare the pears. Peel and cut the pears into small chunks. Transfer to a cup and use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to mash up the pear pieces.
  2. Add mocktail ingredients. To the bowl, add the lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir or shake until well combined.
  3. Optional: Coat the rim. Using the leftover lemon peel, coat the rim of your glass with lemon juice to moisten it, then dip the rim into cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Serve. Pour the mixture into a serving cup (or strain the mixture for a smoother drink). Add ice and top with sparkling water or ginger ale. Add fresh rosemary, a cinnamon stick, and/or a pear slice. Enjoy!
